Marrickville Semi’s
For a first time developer, we gained approval to turn one house into two. The roof-form to the street echoed the house that it replaced, and to the rear was a larger 2-storey volume with a skylit void above the kitchen and stairs. The hallway is punctuated with a small central courtyard, that let’s light and air deep into the plan.
